Refund policy

You have 3 days to return the product starting from the day you receive it.
The product must be sealed, unused, and in good condition.

If you paid using electronic payment methods (Credit or Debit Card), the refunded amount will be returned to your card through our payment gateway provider (Kashier).
Please note that card refunds may take between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you paid Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed through the delivery rep in cash, or Instapay (whatever you prefer)

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
